Our Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity
Fredrikson’s inclusion and diversity initiatives are led by a committee composed of a cross-section of leadership, attorney representation from each division, and professionals from our various administrative departments. The committee is responsible for creating and promoting opportunities for education, dialogue, and connection throughout the firm, while also supporting the firm’s inclusive hiring and retention efforts.

- Opportunities for Education and Connection: Our "FredFlix" video series and other programs facilitate meaningful conversations on inclusion and cross-cultural experiences, allowing all of our employees to share and learn more about each other, our clients, and the communities in which we live. Our various affinity groups provide opportunities for relationship-building among colleagues.
- Community Engagement & Events: We belong to organizations such as the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, and the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance and support numerous community galas and celebrations in support of creating a diverse and inclusive legal profession.
