The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance recently released its 2024 New Partner Report, recognizing Fredrikson as one of the firms that is "Tipping the Scales" toward gender parity. Fredrikson is among the 82 firms recognized for having 50 percent or more women in their 2024 new partner class.
The New Partner Report is a yearly compilation of data from the largest and top-grossing firms in the U.S., examining the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership. The data is based upon publicly available firm announcements, as well as other self-reported sources on new partner classes.
