For the eleventh consecutive year, Fredrikson has received national recognition for its status as one of the best U.S. law firms for female attorneys, according to a recently published Law360 survey.
The 2024 Law360 Pulse Ceiling Smashers Report indicates law firms are taking strides toward gender parity in leadership roles. This year, Law60 noted that women make up around 41% of all lawyers, and hold just over a quarter of equity partner positions across the industry, according to Law360 Pulse's 2024 Women In Law Report.
With women comprising 35.5 percent of its equity partners, among its category (headcount of 251-600) Fredrikson improved from its fourth-place ranking in 2023 to third place nationwide in 2024. The firm is the top-ranked Minnesota-headquartered firm in this group.
