Overview
Sarah helps clients understand and manage legal risks as they buy and sell products and services nationally and internationally.
Sarah practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with particular experience representing cooperatives, food and agribusiness organizations. She frequently assists clients with corporate governance and compliance matters, as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements to achieve their business goals, including equipment purchase and lease agreements, transportation agreements, domestic and international manufacturing and supply agreements, services agreements, warehouse agreements, distribution and sales representative agreements, and terms and conditions.
Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) and worked at Protiviti prior to attending law school, primarily engaging in financial process redesign, internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Sarah clerked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. She also interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
