Overview

Kara is an experienced litigator who has tried over a dozen cases and argued before appellate courts. She works closely with clients to develop and execute a winning strategy.

Her areas of focus are real estate litigation, including commercial landlord-tenant disputes, as well as fiduciary litigation, representing clients in trust, estate, and closely-held business disputes.

Kara truly delights in the success of her clients, aiming to always litigate with thoughtfulness, creativity, and pragmatism.
