Attorneys in Fredrikson’s Employment & Labor Group presented an annual Employment Law Seminar in Bismarck and Fargo on October 13 and 14, 2016. These half day seminars provided attendees with an in-depth understanding of new laws using real-life scenarios and recent court decisions, exploring topics such as new wage and hour regulations, how to handle drug and alcohol testing, benefits updates and more.
