Overview
On February 10, 2021, our attorneys discussed attorney/client and work/product privileges, as well as the protections that are unique to health care, including peer review and patient/physician privilege. The session highlighted a few lesser known traps, including why “over-labelling” material as privileged can, at times, have significant negative consequences.
