Overview
On April 13, 2022, our attorneys provided a follow-up to our November 2021 Health Law Webinar on the No Surprises Act, which generated more questions than any webinar we have ever done. The program offered an overview of regulations, with a focus on the requirements involving Good Faith Estimates, and also addressed the most common questions we had been getting.
