On October 14, 2020, Fredrikson & Byron’s Health Law Group hosted their monthly Health Law Webinar. In a highly regulated environment, it is common for people to vehemently insist certain practices are illegal. How do decide if that person is right? If they are wrong, how do you convince them to change their view?
This webinar discussed practical tips for addressing a problem that every lawyer and compliance professional has struggled with, including several specific examples.
