Overview
Our June Health Law Webinar offered an in-depth analysis of the draft guidance issued by CMS and the practical implications for hospitals struggling to reconfigure and/or plan medical campuses for future growth. We also discussed the recent wave of CMS determinations of provider-based non-compliance and how to effectively contest such determinations in light of this new guidance.
