The importance of preserving privilege in an internal investigation is often unappreciated until an organization’s sensitive emails and documents are disclosed to the public in open court.
This webinar provides an in-depth tutorial for in-house attorneys, compliance professionals, coders, human resources personnel and anyone else involved in internal investigations. It will offer practical guidance on the limits of privilege and tips for maximizing your ability to keep your internal investigation materials privileged whenever possible.
