Overview
The landscape regarding sexual harassment and the workplace has changed dramatically in the past year and health care employers need to act accordingly. Are your policies out of date? Are you prepared to conduct an effective sexual harassment investigation? This webinar will provide guidance and best practices on how to address and prevent sexual harassment (and other inappropriate behavior) in the workplace.
Accreditation
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. Please contact Greta Larson at glarson@fredlaw.com if you are an attorney licensed in another state and would like information about obtaining CLE accreditation. We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits. Webinar participants will be notified of accreditation upon program approval of CLE and HCCA credits (typically three or four weeks following the webinar).
