Overview

It’s the time of year when new rules are published and Congress updates its budget. This webinar will focus on the regulatory and policy issues most likely to affect hospitals and clinics, including revisions to the Stark law, clarification of the Medicare “incident to” billing rules, changes to the treatment (and increasing scrutiny) of provider-based departments, and changes in Medicare reimbursement affecting services such as chronic care management, advance care planning, and telehealth. Please note that while we will discuss possible economic implications of regulatory changes, we will not attempt to analyze any specific codes or describe RVU changes.
