Overview
Our annual Frequently Asked Questions webinar on August 11, 2021, addressed frequently asked COVID-19-related questions, as well as questions like:
- What do we do with shared visits right now?
- When is what I am doing “practicing medicine?”
- Can we give patients free rides?
Accreditation
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. Please contact Greta Larson at glarson@fredlaw.com if you are an attorney licensed in another state and would like information about obtaining CLE accreditation.
We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® and our application is currently pending their review for approval.
Live webcast participants will receive an email upon program approval for CLE and HCCA credits.
