Overview
One year ago, the Supreme Court upended False Claims Act case law with its Escobar decision. Developments in the law since Escobar have been a mixed bag for health care providers. This webinar explored how FCA enforcement has changed post-Escobar, what it means for your business, and how to manage risk in this new environment.
