Overview
The world of medical records is mostly an electronic one, and along with those records systems come complicated contracts and data security worries. Briar and Steve will discuss some of the most important contracting issues, ways that your organization can protect itself from some of the most common problems, and tactics to be as safe as possible in the electronic world.
Accreditation
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits.
