Overview
This webinar discussed emerging digital health technologies (AI and machine learning, IoT devices, health care apps, etc.) and evolving legal/regulatory challenges to implementing those technologies, including FDA regulation, privacy and security, fraud and abuse, intellectual property, malpractice liability and reimbursement (value-based contracting).

Live webinar participants will receive an email upon program approval for Minnesota and Iowa Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits through the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® (typically three or four weeks following the webinar).
