Overview
There is no question that CMS and the OIG have provider-based billing on their audit and enforcement radar. We discussed current investigations and controversies in the provider-based space and explore the following:
- Issues with space sharing in provider-based departments;
- Public awareness requirements and what the government expects;
- The sunset of off-campus provider-based locations; and
- The government’s focus on under arrangements deals.
We assume that the audience of this webinar has a basic understanding of the provider-based regulation.

We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota.
