Overview
We discussed the 2019 legal highlights in both the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule and the Outpatient and Inpatient Prospective Payment System regulations. We also discussed a provision in the SUPPORT law that creates a new antikickback provision aimed at drug counselling, but extending to all lab services, and covered a variety of other important new regulatory and practical developments.
Accreditation
We have applied for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for this program in Iowa and Minnesota. We have also applied for Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) credits.
