Overview
On June 13, Fredrikson’s Employment, Labor & Benefits Group attorneys and a Senior Legal Director from Medtronic addressed how to conduct effective internal investigations and how to preserve privilege while doing so. They shared tips, strategies and best practices for how to conduct workplace investigations.
The second part of the program featured attorneys from our White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group, who gave an in-depth tutorial on how to preserve privilege in internal investigations. They provided basic, practical guidance to maximize your ability to keep your internal investigation materials privileged.
