Overview
Warren is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
He assists both buyers and sellers throughout the mergers and acquisitions process, specifically by managing the due diligence process, spearheading document drafting and scrutinizing every detail to ensure reliability. Warren solves problems using creativity and teamwork – skills he learned working on complex public-financed real estate transactions.
