Tessa is dedicated to supporting individuals in varying immigration matters including H‑1B, TN, E‑3, H‑4, EAD, T visas and Asylum/Removal.
Tessa is a Spanish-speaking paralegal offering personalized and professional support throughout the immigration process. She serves clients and attorneys through managing and coordinating the preparation, submission, and monitoring of immigration cases. Tessa understands how complex the immigration system is, and how important immigration matters are to the client; she aims to serve each client with empathy, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Tessa’s studies focused on immigration in the Spanish-speaking world, and the difficulties within the immigration system. Before coming to Fredrikson, Tessa worked in state government and the nonprofit immigration sector.
