Overview
Susan is a paralegal with general corporate knowledge. She also has wide-ranging knowledge of the apostille and authentication process for documents to be used outside of the United States.
Susan has experience with general corporate matters, including the filing of formations, qualifications, amendments, mergers, conversions, and withdrawals. In addition, she has experience reviewing and processing apostilles in all 50 states, as well as identifying the necessary legalization steps to use documents internationally.
