Sjur Midness

Sjur (pronounced “sure”) is a knowledgeable, friendly private equity debt lawyer and heads the firm’s Private Equity debt finance team.

Sjur primarily works with smaller and mid-sized private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies coordinating debt financing for platform and add-on acquisitions. He is knowledgeable, friendly and practical. Sjur also represents borrowers, banks and other lenders in complex or other large loan transactions. He previously worked as an investment banker at Piper Jaffray and as an associate at Carval Investors, LLC.
