Overview
Sarah concentrates her practice on energy law, litigation, and property and administrative law related to energy.
She has represented clients before the Wisconsin and Iowa courts in stray voltage litigation, boundary disputes, contract matters, and permitting issues related to the energy industry. She has also represented parties appearing before Wisconsin administrative agencies—particularly the Public Service Commission—including in electric rate cases and disputed transactions. Beyond adversarial proceedings, Sarah has also assisted clients with title review and drafting property agreements such as easements and notices of interest.
