Overview
Rachel is a patent attorney skilled in patent preparation and prosecution in a vast array of technologies and uses her experience and engineering background to help clients protect their intellectual property.
With years of patent law experience, Rachel has worked on all phases of patent preparation and prosecution, including inventor interviews, patent drafting and filing, office action responses, examiner interviews and appeals. Through her years in patent law, she has seen inventions through from their initial inventor interviews all the way to patent issuance. Rachel has a wide range of experience in a variety of mechanical, electrical and chemical technologies.
Before joining Fredrikson, Rachel was an in-house patent attorney for a Fortune 100 company.
Rachel’s background and experience has given her an understanding of a wide range of different innovations and an ability to adapt and expand her knowledge to better help her clients.
