Overview
Peder is an experienced employment counselor and litigator.
His practice consists of advising clients on employment related matters in mergers and acquisitions. He also counsels employers on a broad range of employment issues including hiring, wage and hour, leave, termination and human resources best practices. He defends employers against a variety of state and federal employment claims.
