Patty brings over 20 years of intellectual property experience to the table.
She focuses on protecting and supervising intellectual property rights, namely, domestic and international trademark prosecution, renewal and maintenance as well as handling certain aspects of opposition—cancellations actions OUS and copyright matters; trademark clearance searching; and due diligence searching and analysis for trademarks and copyrights involved in corporate transactions. Her corporate background, as well as her acting as a registered agent for the entire state of Minnesota for over six years, has proven beneficial in trademark transactions.
