Levi A. Seidel

Levi is an associate in Fredrikson’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group who focuses on the unique needs of companies to tailor transactions to individual clients.

Levi aims to provide clients with clear legal advice and efficient legal work product, and he does so through communication, business understanding, and fostering relationships with people he works with.
