Jessi has particular experience representing clients in the industries of real estate development, agriculture and its emerging industries, manufacturing and multi-unit franchising.

Representative Outside General Counsel Experience
- Lead counsel for corporate structuring, fundraising, financing, real estate, construction, and commercial contract representation to agribusiness clients, including cooperatives, in the protein markets, including acquisition, construction and operation of multiple production facilities throughout the U.S.
- Lead counsel to multinational animal nutrition services and feed production clients, including operations in Mexico and the Asia markets.
- Outside counsel to real estate developers in the multi-family, production/manufacturing and hospitality sectors, including platform entity management, equity offering and securities compliance.
- Represented a multi-unit franchise platform, including entity structuring and management, fundraising, securities compliance and strategic acquisition and divestiture activity.
