Eric H. Schilling

Eric represents banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of transactional matters, including loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.

Eric's commitment to the financial industry is deeply personal, stemming from his upbringing in a community banking family. He is committed to helping the next generation of bankers succeed by providing them with expert legal guidance and support.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Eric served as an artillery officer in the United States Army. He continues to serve in the Minnesota Army National Guard, bringing his experience in leadership and problem-solving to his legal practice.
