Overview

Carly is an associate in the Business & Tax Planning Group who supports clients with a wide range of federal and state tax matters, estate planning and business transactions.

Carly prepares estate planning documents that not only contemplate tax planning, but that also consider clients’ objectives, concerns, risk tolerances and unique circumstances. She has experience in estate and trust administration and assists trustees, estate representatives and individuals with the preparation and filing of income, estate and inheritance tax returns.

In addition, Carly addresses a wide range of issues for nonprofit and tax-exempt entities. She provides support in all stages of a nonprofit entity’s lifespan, from corporate formation and obtaining tax exempt status, resolving federal and state law compliance issues, to guiding nonprofit clients through winding-up and dissolving the entity.
