Overview
Bethany is an experienced real estate and regulatory paralegal who works collaboratively with her attorneys and larger legal teams to provide clients a timely and accurate work product.
Bethany’s primary duties include supporting the firm’s oil and gas team by assisting with the preparation of complex title opinions, including reviewing and tabulating oil and gas leases and assignments. In addition to title work, Bethany assists the regulatory practice by preparing pooling and risk penalty applications for filing with the North Dakota Industrial Commission and manages communication between clients and the commission.
Bethany also assists attorneys with various facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including preparing purchase and sale and closing documents, coordinating closing activities, and assisting with financing matters. She also assists attorneys and other paralegals with probate matters and assists clients with the estate administration process.
