Alex provides responsive and efficient service to clients in a wide variety of transactional matters.
Alex is an officer in the Corporate Group. He has extensive experience advising clients on corporate governance, securities, capital markets and corporate development matters. He previously practiced at Fredrikson from 2005 to 2014.
Prior to rejoining Fredrikson, Alex was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed medical device company, until its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in 2023. In this role, he oversaw all legal matters and strategy company-wide, collaborated with all functions throughout the organization, and worked closely with the management team and board of directors.
Alex began his career practicing corporate and entertainment law in New York City.
