Rosenstein has extensive experience advising clients on corporate governance, securities, capital markets and corporate development matters. Rosenstein previously practiced at Fredrikson from 2005 to 2014.
Prior to rejoining Fredrikson, Rosenstein was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed medical device company, until its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in 2023.
