Fredrikson attorney Zachary S. McFarland has been appointed to the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA) Board of Directors for a three-year term. The HCBA is Minnesota's largest district bar association comprised of nearly 8,000 attorneys and legal professionals who live or work in Hennepin County. They advocate for the profession, foster access to justice and provide members with support at every stage of their careers. 

McFarland combines strong personal skills with thorough legal analysis to deliver unique perspectives and solutions to his clients' issues. He has used his diverse skillset to represent and advise clients regarding contract disputes, closely held business litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, trust and estate litigation, non-compete matters and trade secret violations, internal investigations, white collar and regulatory defense, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and appellate matters in federal and state courts across the country.
