Attorneys Jesse K. Addo and John McCutcheon have joined Fredrikson as associates in its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups.

Addo navigates complex legal issues in a variety of corporate transactions to deliver quality results. He strives to anticipate ways to keep deals on track while adapting to the everchanging business needs of clients. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Addo was a transactional associate at a global law firm in Washington, DC. Jesse is licensed to practice in New York. His Minnesota license is pending.

McCutcheon represents private equity firms, as well as publicly and privately held companies, in mergers and acquisitions. He is also experienced in general corporate matters. Prior to joining Fredrikson, McCutcheon was an M&A and private equity associate at a law firm in Detroit, Michigan. McCutcheon is licensed to practice in Michigan. His Minnesota license is pending.
