Attorney Trevor J. Yedoni has joined Fredrikson as an associate in its Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Yedoni is a dedicated advisor to businesses conducting mergers and acquisitions across a wide variety of industries. Yedoni represents private equity funds, privately held companies and public companies in many industries in complex acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate governance matters. He drives key deal aspects including drafting and negotiating agreements, managing due diligence and preparing corporate governance documents. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Yedoni gained extensive experience in high profile and complex corporate and capital markets transactions, practicing law at an Orange County firm as a member of their corporate group.
