Attorney Tim Will has joined Fredrikson as an associate to its Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Will's practice focuses on assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He represents private equity firms, as well as privately held companies and public companies in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Will practiced law at Jones Day, where he represented private equity firms in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
