Fredrikson welcomes attorney Nathan Rice as senior associate in its Litigation, White Collar & Regulatory Defense and Appellate groups.

Rice leverages his experience in courts around the country to help clients find strategic and efficient solutions in complex matters. As a senior associate in Fredrikson’s Litigation Group, he represents corporations and individuals in complex civil litigation, sensitive government investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations and white-collar criminal defense matters. Drawing on his experience litigating cases from pre-suit investigation through trial, as well as on appeal, Rice delivers strategic counsel to clients in all phases of a dispute. Rice has also represented clients in antitrust, consumer protection, products liability and breach of contract cases, including numerous class action and multidistrict matters.

Before joining Fredrikson, Rice practiced complex litigation in state and federal courts around the country as an associate at a large global law firm and at an elite litigation boutique. Rice also served as a law clerk to Judge Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and as a judicial extern to Judges Patrick J. Schiltz and Susan R. Nelson of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
