Attorney Miriam Solomon has joined Fredrikson as an associate in its Litigation Group.
Solomon represents clients in a broad range of business disputes, advocating for practical solutions in line with clients’ desired outcomes. She has represented entities ranging from family businesses to multimillion-dollar corporations. Her work has involved consumer protection disputes, shareholder disputes, as well as environmental and land-use disputes. Solomon has argued motions in state and federal court and has defended claims in arbitration.
Prior to entering private practice, Solomon was judicial law clerk to the Honorable David T. Schultz in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Before law school, she worked in personal banking and wealth management.
