Attorney Jackson G. O’Brien has joined Fredrikson as an associate in its Litigation, Construction and Real Estate & Construction groups. O’Brien is a litigation attorney providing outstanding service to clients in disputes related to business, construction, real estate and education.

O’Brien has deep roots in Iowa, a proud Sioux City native. He studied History, Political Science, Legal Studies and Theater at Morningside University, graduating summa cum laude in 2016 as President of his class. Before joining Fredrikson, O’Brien served as a law clerk to the Honorable C.J. Williams in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa in Cedar Rapids.
