Griffith has dedicated her career as a professional services marketer, for both organizations that support the legal industry as well as for law firms in the Twin Cities. She has been with Fredrikson & Byron for more than 13 years, providing support in the areas of business development, public relations and marketing. She individually coaches and advises attorneys on strategies to elevate their profile in the market and grow their practices, helping to make connections across practices, offices and industries so attorneys can best position their teams and provide exceptional service to clients.
