Dixon is an accomplished trial attorney with a unique blend of government, in-house and business experience. He has significant experience handling complex litigation and has tried over two dozen matters to a jury verdict and argued over three dozen cases before appellate courts. He has represented individual and organizational clients facing a wide array of challenges, including complex business litigation and federal and state investigations and criminal prosecutions. Fleming represents parties nationally in commercial fraud cases, including shareholder derivative and class actions, merger and acquisition litigation, SEC, FINRA and state regulatory proceedings, investor broker and law firm disputes, minority shareholder disputes and securities arbitrations. He also has considerable experience representing receivers, trustees and victims of Ponzi schemes. Fleming was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2005 and has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading attorney in commercial litigation. He has also worked as an arbitrator, mediator, expert witness, and as a member of, and counsel to, special litigation committees.
Wind is an experienced trial lawyer, concentrating on complex business disputes including antitrust, trade regulation, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud and business torts and disputes arising out of mergers and acquisition transactions. He is a certified civil trial specialist and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Wind has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a leading antitrust attorney and commercial litigator. In addition to numerous jury trials and court trials, Wind has experience in domestic and international arbitration proceedings and in government investigations relating to trade regulation issues.
