Fredrikson & Byron shareholder Loan T. Huynh was named to the Lawyers of Color Inaugural Nation’s Best List, recognizing her tenure in the legal profession and commitment to diversity and inclusion as a minority attorney. Huynh has practiced immigration law for over 20 years and her recent achievements include the Hennepin County Bar Association’s Excellence Award for Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in April 2019.

At Fredrikson, Huynh is co-chair of the Immigration Group and has practiced immigration law for over 20 years. She focuses on employment-based immigration, corporate immigration compliance and global mobility solutions for employers. Huynh leads Fredrikson’s I-9 audit and corporate immigration compliance and H-2 temporary worker programs practice area. She has extensive experience in advising clients in the agricultural, hospitality, food processing, life sciences, biotechnology, energy, healthcare, software and other high-tech sectors, financial services, and manufacturing industries. Huynh is also a frequent speaker at national conferences and has written extensively on immigration issues. She is a member of the Board of Advocates for Human Rights and the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s DOL Liaison Committee. Huynh is the co-chair of Fredrikson’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee.
