Health Law Attorney Ralph Topinka Joins Fredrikson

Fredrikson welcomes attorney Ralph V. Topinka to its Health Law Group.

Topinka is an experienced health care attorney and former senior health care executive who has worked on integrated delivery systems and operations in both law firm and health care system settings. He advises health care clients on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters.

His operational responsibilities have included executive oversight of risk management, physician clinics, cardiovascular services, plastic surgery services and a residency program. Topinka worked extensively on integration of individual physicians and physician practices into new healthcare delivery system settings.
