North Dakota’s State Board of Higher Education issued $30 million in bonds to finance the construction of a new athletic center at Bismarck State College. The new facility will host the college’s basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams. It will feature a rock wall, 3-D sports simulators and an indoor walking track. Fredrikson represented the underwriter in connection with the issuance.
