Fredrikson & Byron celebrates 15 years serving clients in Fargo. Fredrikson established the Fargo office with five attorneys in March 2010 and has grown to a team of 15 attorneys and 20 staff members today. The Fargo team offers strong community connections, combining distinctly local service with access to the resources of a large, regional law firm to meet the changing needs of clients, whether regional, national or international in scope.

“Celebrating this milestone in the community where our team works and lives reflects our deep commitment to the growth and success of the region,” said Aubrey Zuger, lead attorney for the Fargo office. “We are excited to continue to serve our valued clients for many years to come.”

Recently remodeled in 2024, Fredrikson’s office remains in its original location at 51 Broadway North in downtown Fargo. The space was enhanced with forward-thinking amenities including a modern reception area and multimedia meeting spaces to welcome clients.

Serving clients throughout the Red River Valley, North Dakota and northern Minnesota, lawyers in the Fargo office provide a wide range of commercial law services including corporate and transactional work, banking, bankruptcy, business litigation, civil litigation, construction law and litigation, employment and labor law, energy law, health law, insurance, medical products litigation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, structured finance, tax disputes, toxic tort law, and trade secrets. Professionals serve clients across regional industries, including agribusiness, financial services, health care, energy and technology. The Fargo trusts and estates planning practice is among the largest in North Dakota and is nationally recognized by Chambers High Net Worth Guide, a research-based, independent ranking of the world’s leading high net worth advisers.

“Fredrikson’s Fargo office stands as an integral part of our firm, with a team with deeply committed to the region. Our Fargo professionals bring extensive experience and expertise as well as longstanding connections in the community,” said Melodie Rose, Fredrikson’s president. “The ability of our attorneys and staff to personally connect with clients, while leveraging their local relationships and insights, and access to the comprehensive resources of our firm, provides clients with a unique set of tools to support them in this ever-changing business environment."
