David J.T. Salmon is an associate in the Minneapolis office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. Salmon represents private equity funds, venture funds and other financial buyers in mergers and acquisitions matters including platform, add-on and tuck-in acquisitions, as well as divestitures and sales.
