Fredrikson & Byron was named one of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2017. Fredrikson is an eight-time Best Places to Work honoree. The award is based on the results of an anonymous online survey that Quantum Workplace and the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal conducted of employees from nearly 300 companies. The survey asked participants to rate their employers on communication efforts, leadership and more. A total of 67 companies were honored and four MVP awards were given at a ceremony held at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot on Thursday, August 17, 2017.
“We are honored to be recognized as a company where employees feel valued for their contributions and have pride in what they do,” said Tammy Warren, the firm’s chief human resource officer.
Firm president John Koneck said, “This award is especially meaningful because it comes from our employees. We appreciate and value their dedication, positivity and engagement and are committed to each employee’s continued success.”
